What to Do if an Invoice Still Appears as Unpaid After Payment Print

If you've recently paid but can't see the corresponding service, don't worry! We're here to help fix any issues you're facing.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Check Payment: Make sure the payment was successfully deducted from your chosen method. If not, try making the purchase again.

  2. Reload the Page: To get the most current information, reload the page.

  3. For New Service Purchases:

    • Go to the Home page in your Members Area. The services you bought might still be pending activation.
  4. For Renewals:

    • Double-check the service's expiration date in the Billing section.

Remember, it might take up to 24 hours for the payment to reflect, depending on the method used. This small delay happens because the payment gateway needs time to fully process the transaction.

If more than 24 hours have passed and the services are still pending, reach out to our Customer Service team. Provide them with the following information based on your payment method:

  • For Bank Transfer: Transfer receipt associated with the Bank account and transaction ID.
  • For credit card: First 6 and last 4 digits of the card used.
  • For other methods: Email used for the transaction and proof of payment from the payment service.

This way, we can locate your payment and resolve any issues more efficiently.
