.edu.ng domains are only available to tertiary academic institutions that have been accredited by the Nigerian University Commission (NUC), National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), or any other body recognized by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To register a .edu.ng domain, you will need to provide the following:
- A scanned copy of the certificate of accreditation by the relevant authorities.
- A scanned copy of a letter on the letterhead of the institution authorizing a member of staff to register the domain on behalf of the institution.
- The full name, email address, designation, phone number, and contact address of the authorized person.
