Dear Valued Customer

We recently completed a proactive security maintenance and hardening process on part of our infrastructure after detecting unauthorized activity linked to a broader security issue affecting servers running cPanel software globally.

This issue is not isolated to HarmonWeb and has impacted multiple hosting environments worldwide that utilize cPanel-based systems. As part of our response, we immediately initiated internal security reviews, credential rotation, infrastructure hardening, malware scans, and additional monitoring across affected environments.

At this time, we have no evidence that customer websites, billing data, or hosting account information were accessed or compromised. Our investigation and remediation process included comprehensive account audits, service reviews, and additional server-level protections.

As a precaution and part of standard security best practices, we strongly recommend that customers:

* Update their hosting, email, and related passwords

* Avoid reusing passwords across multiple services

* Review website administrator accounts, plugins, and themes regularly

* Enable two-factor authentication where available

Additional security protections and monitoring systems have now been implemented across our infrastructure to further strengthen platform security, account isolation, and threat detection capabilities.

If you notice any unusual activity on your account or require assistance updating your credentials, please contact our support team immediately.

We appreciate your continued trust and understanding as we continue to prioritize the security and reliability of our platform.

Regards,

HarmonWeb Security Team
